Section 314-36-080. Authorization for private liquor storage warehouse.

- A holder of a spirits, beer or wine importer's license, who maintains a storage warehouse and who desires to store spirits, beer, or wine imported under such spirits, beer or wine importer's license, shall apply to the board for a letter of authorization. If authorization is granted, the warehouse shall be known as a private liquor storage warehouse.[Statutory Authority: RCW 66.08.030 and 66.08.050.
