Section 314-33-030. What is the process if the board denies a cigarette or tobacco products license application?

If the board denies a cigarette or tobacco products license application, the applicant may:

(1) Request an administrative hearing per chapter 34.05 RCW; or

(2) Reapply for the license no sooner than one year from the original denial date.
