Section 314-24-100. Domestic wineries—Responsibility for fruits used—Records.

Every domestic winery shall keep proper records as required by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, United States Treasury Department, in a form approved by the board showing the place of origin and/or purchase of all fruits and fruit products used by such winery in the manufacture of wine, which records shall be kept at the office of such winery and available at all times for inspection by the board.
