Section 314-20-140. Beer importers—Certain duties.

- No beer importer shall import or transport or cause to be transported into the state of Washington any brand of beer manufactured within or outside of the United States but outside the state of Washington, unless such importer shall have first filed with the board a notice of his intention so to do, and shall have ascertained from the board that the brewer manufacturing such beer or United States foreign importer of such beer, has obtained from the Washington state liquor control board a certificate of approval as provided in section 23-F of the Washington State Liquor Act (RCW 66.24.270).[Statutory Authority: RCW 66.08.030, 2004 c 160.
