Section 314-02-036. What is a spirits, beer, and wine nightclub license?

- (1) This license allows a nightclub as defined in RCW 66.04.010(28) to:(a) Sell and serve spirituous liquor by the individual drink for on-premises consumption;(b) Sell and serve beer by the open bottle, can, or by tap for on-premises consumption; and(c) Sell and serve wine for on-premises consumption.(2) To obtain and maintain a spirits, beer, and wine nightclub license the nightclub must have primary business hours between 9:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.(3) There are no food requirements for a spirits, beer, and wine nightclub license. Food sales and service are incidental to the sale and service of alcohol.(4) The annual fee for a spirits, beer, and wine nightclub license is two thousand dollars.
