Section 308-48-540. Continuing education requirement to reinstate lapsed license or registration.

- Any person seeking to reinstate a license or registration which has lapsed for less than one year must comply with the continuing education requirements for regular renewal of the license or registration. Any person seeking to reinstate a license or registration which has lapsed for one year or longer must present satisfactory evidence of having completed at least ten hours of approved continuing education activities for the two-year period prior to his or her reinstatement.[Statutory Authority: RCW 18.39.175(7).
