Section 308-48-510. Continuing education requirements—Purpose.

Continuing education activities, approved by the board of funeral directors and embalmers, shall be required as a condition of renewal of funeral director and embalmer licenses and of funeral director intern and embalmer intern registration, in order to maintain and improve the quality of their services to the public.
