No licensee will, directly or indirectly, assume control of any human remains without having first obtained authority from the person(s) having the right to control the disposition of the human remains under RCW 68.50.160, as to matters relating to the preparation, handling and final disposition of the human remains (including steps in preparation, autopsy, embalming, dressing, viewing, videotaping, photographing; funeral, burial and cremation merchandise, and disposition arrangements.
