Section 308-330-157. Police or police officer.

"Police or police officer" includes, in addition to the meaning in RCW 46.04.391, the police officers of a city, a town, marshal, or the sheriff and his/her deputies of a county whichever is applicable, but when the term sheriff is used in this chapter, it shall only mean the sheriff.
