Section 308-19-320. Minimum education requirements for bail bond recovery agents.

Latest version.

All applicants for a bail bond recovery agent license or endorsement shall have a minimum of a high school education or GED or a minimum of three years of full-time, verifiable experience in the bail bond industry.
