- Every licensee shall notify in writing, within twenty days after service or knowledge thereof, the office of the bail bond program, business and professions division, department of licensing of any criminal complaint, information, indictment, or conviction (including a plea of guilty or nolo contendere) in which the licensee is named as a defendant.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 18.185 RCW.
