Section 308-19-120. Bail bond recovery agent, bail bond agency, branch office and agent license applications—Conditions.

Any person desiring to obtain a bail bond recovery agent, bail bond agency, bail bond branch office or bail bond agent license shall make application on a form prescribed by the director and pay a fee as prescribed by WAC 308-19-130.
