Section 308-19-110. Applying for a bail bond agency branch office license.

- A licensed bail bond agency may establish a branch office by meeting the following requirements.(1) Each branch office shall have a licensed qualified agent.(2) Complete an application form provided by the department of licensing.(3) Pay the fee or fees as required under WAC 308-19-130.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 18.185 RCW.
