Section 308-18-010. Promulgation—Authority.

The director of the department of licensing, state of Washington, pursuant to the authority vested in the director by RCW 18.170.180, does hereby promulgate the following rules and regulations relating to the licensing of private security guard companies, private security guards, and armed private security guards.
