Section 308-15-010. State board of licensing.

- (1) Meetings: The Washington state geologist licensing board, hereafter called the board, will hold quarterly regular public meetings each year. Special public meetings may be held at such times and places as the board finds necessary. Public notice of all public meetings will be issued as required by the Open Public Meetings Act, chapter 42.30 RCW.(2) Rules of order: The latest edition of Robert's Rules of Order will govern the conduct of business at meetings and sessions of the board.(3) Officers: The board will elect a chair, a vice-chair and a secretary at its regular quarterly meeting in March.(4) Quorum: A quorum at any regular or special meeting or session will consist of four members of the board.(5) Licensed geologists: The board will maintain a roster of licensed geologists.[Statutory Authority: RCW 18.220.040, 18.220.050.
