Section 308-125-190. Examination required—Scope.

- The director shall approve an examination for licensure and certification of real estate appraisers. This examination may be prepared and administered within a state agency, or the director may request bids for contracts to prepare and administer the exam. Such requests for proposals shall be done in accordance with the state law.(1) The director will determine the scope of the examination and provide information concerning the scope of the examination to an individual upon request.(2) If the director determines to seek proposals for testing services, the director will establish criteria for evaluating the proposals.[Statutory Authority: RCW 18.140.030(1).
