Section 308-12-065. What if I don't finish the licensing process?

- If you fail to complete the licensing process and your records show no activity for five consecutive years, the board will consider your application abandoned. No activity includes, but is not limited to:• Failure to submit the required documents and other information requested by the board within five consecutive years from the last date the board requested the documents or other information.• Failure to provide the board with any written communication during five consecutive years indicating you are attempting to complete the licensing process.If your application is considered abandoned, it may be archived or destroyed, and you will be required to reapply for licensure and comply with the licensing requirements in effect at the time of reapplication.
