Section 308-108-010. Promulgation—Authority.

Pursuant to RCW 46.82.290(2), this chapter is promulgated for the purpose of establishing basic requirements governing the operations and scope of traffic safety education programs that are offered by commercial businesses, and includes policies and practices for monitoring and ensuring the ongoing quality of the commercial driver training program.
