Section 306-01-070. Reports to the legislature.

The commission shall report on its proceedings annually to the legislature, on or before January 15 of each year, and, if the commission deems advisable, accompany its report with proposed legislation to carry out any of its recommendations. The law revision commission may transmit any other reports and recommended legislation to the legislature at any other time.
