Section 296-99-045. What information must an employer provide to contractors?

Latest version.

(1) The employer must inform contractors working at the grain handling facility of:

(a) General safety rules; and

(b) Specific fire and explosion hazards related to the contractor's work and work area.

(2) The employer must explain the emergency action plan to each contractor.
