Section 296-96-23448. What requirements apply to caution signs?

- A caution sign must be located at the top and bottom landings of each escalator, readily visible to the boarding passengers. The sign must be of the standard design recognized by the elevator industry and include the following:(1) Caution;(2) Passenger only;(3) Hold handrail;(4) Attend children; and(5) Avoid sides.
