Section 296-96-18010. What are the definitions for boat launching elevators?

- "Boat launching elevator" is a device that:(1) Is equipped with a car or platform;(2) Moves in guides in a substantially vertical direction;(3) Serves to connect one or more floors or landings of a boat launching structure with a beach or water surface; and(4) Is used for carrying or handling boats in which people ride."Boat launching structure" is any structure that houses and supports any boat launch elevator.
