Section 296-806-20020. Protect employees who are adjusting or repairing machinery.

  • EXEMPTION:
    This rule does not apply if the machine has to be in motion to properly adjust it.
    You must make sure power-driven machinery is completely stopped before either:
    (1) Making adjustments or repairs; or
    (2) Removing material or refuse from the machine.
