Section 296-79-27007. Circular saws speeds and repairs.

- (1) Circular saws must not be operated at speeds in excess of those specified by the manufacturers.(2) Circular saws must be inspected for cracks each time the teeth are filed or set. They must be discontinued from use until properly repaired when found to have developed a crack exceeding the safe limits specified by the manufacturer.(3) Damaged saws must be repaired only by persons experienced and knowledgeable in this type of work or by a manufacturers representative.[Statutory Authority: RCW 49.17.010, [49.17].040 and [49.17].050.
