(1) You must inspect hoisting equipment used to load or unload cargo or supplies of fishing vessels once a month certified in accordance with the requirements of WAC 296-56-60093. The record of inspection must be made available upon request.

(2) Slippery surfaces must be cleaned and nonslip material shall be used if necessary.
