- (1) Employees working on landings or in log sorting yards on or from the ground, must wear highly visible hard hats, yellow or orange vests, or other similarly colored garments, to make employees more visible to equipment operators.Note:The department recommends that hard hats and vests or outer garments be luminous or reflective.(2) An employee working as a flagger must wear a hard hat and vest or other garment of high visibility colors.
