- To be considered for a blaster's license, which includes one or more List B classifications, the applicant must meet one of the following requirements listed below:• Eighteen months of documented blasting experience which includes a minimum of twelve months of documented experience in List A and six months documented blasting experience in each classification being applied for in List B• Twelve months of documented blasting experience in the past six years in the specific classification being applied for in List B.Note:Up to eighty hours of classroom training may be substituted for experience.[Statutory Authority: RCW 49.17.010, [49.17].040, and [49.17].050.
