Section 296-403A-180. Safety and maintenance seminar.

Every amusement ride inspector must annually attend at least one amusement ride safety and maintenance seminar sponsored by the Amusement Industry Manufacturers and Equipment Suppliers, Northwestern Showman's Club, National Association of Amusement Ride Safety Officials, International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, or an equivalent approved by the department. All experience and schooling must be documented and verified and must be furnished to the department with an application for an amusement ride inspector certificate.
