Section 296-400A-400. What are the monetary penalties for violating certification requirements?

- (1) A person cited for an infraction under chapter 18.106 RCW or this chapter will be assessed a monetary penalty based upon the following schedule:(a) Individual(b) Contractor or dispatcher(2) Each day a person is in violation is considered a separate infraction.(3) Each job site at which a person is in violation is considered a separate infraction.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 18.106 RCW and Uniform Plumbing Code.
