Section 296-307-52019. What requirements apply to fuel handling and storage?

- (1) You must ensure that liquid fuels such as gasoline and diesel fuel are stored and handled according to NFPA Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code (NFPA No. 30-1996).(2) You must ensure that LP-gas fuel is stored and handled according to NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1998).[Statutory Authority: RCW 49.17.010, [49.17].040 and [49.17].050.
