Section 296-307-44015. What requirements apply to the transport truck unloading point?

- (1) During unloading, the transport truck must not be parked on public thoroughfares and must be at least 5 feet from storage containers. The truck must be positioned so that shut-off valves are accessible.(2) The filling pipe inlet terminal must not be located within a building nor within 10 feet of any building or driveway.
