Section 296-307-28062. How must shafting be maintained?

- (1) Shafting must be kept in alignment, and free from rust and excess oil or grease.(2) Where explosives, explosive dusts, flammable vapors or flammable liquids exist, guards must take into account the hazard of static sparks from shafting.[WSR 97-09-013, recodified as § 296-307-28062, filed 4/7/97, effective 4/7/97.
