Section 296-305-06513. Refueling areas.

  • (1) Refueling pumps, if installed, shall be in accordance with the provisions of the International Fire Code and WAC 296-24-33015.
    (2) Dispensing of Class 1 liquids shall be as required in the International Fire Code.
    (3) Spillage of oil or fuel shall be properly disposed of or completely evaporated and the fuel tank cap replaced before restarting engine.
    (4) Fueling areas shall be posted - "NO SMOKING - STOP YOUR MOTOR."
