Section 296-24-29501. Inspection of compressed gas cylinders.

- You must determine that compressed gas cylinders under your control are in a safe condition to the extent that this can be determined by visual inspection. You must conduct visual and other inspections as prescribed in the hazardous materials regulations of the department of transportation (49 C.F.R. Parts 171-179 and 14 C.F.R. Part 103). Where those regulations are not applicable, you must conduct visual and other inspections in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlets C-6-1968 and C-8-1962.[Statutory Authority: RCW 49.17.010, 49.17.040, 49.17.050, and 49.17.060.
