Section 296-24-29421. Inspections.

Each day before being used, you must ensure that the sling and all fastenings and attachments are inspected for damage or defects by a competent person designated by the employer. Additional inspections must be performed during sling use, where service conditions warrant. You must immediately remove damaged or defective slings from service.
