Section 296-200A-112. Who is liable when a city, town, or county fails to verify a contractor's registration?

The city, county, or town that issues a building permit without verifying the contractor's registration may be liable for a maximum penalty amount of ten thousand dollars. See RCW 18.27.110(1).
