Section 296-19A-040. What vocational rehabilitation services require authorization?

- All vocational rehabilitation services must be preauthorized. For state fund claims, the department may make one or more of the following type of referrals: Early intervention; ability to work assessment ("AWA" or "assessment"); plan development; plan implementation; forensic services; or stand alone job analysis.
