Section 296-150V-1090. What are the standards for equipment and installations?

The manufacturer's equipment and installation specifications must be followed. Other approved standards are acceptable when:

• Installed according to the manufacturer's installation instructions; and

• Approved by a listing or testing agency.

Note:
Gas furnaces, gas water heaters, and gas refrigerators must be sealed combustion or completely separated from the interior of the conversion vendor unit or medical unit.
