  Section 296-150M-0820. Who can be issued a notice of infraction?

  • A contractor, firm, partnership, or corporation may be issued a notice of infraction for violations of chapter 43.22 RCW and this chapter.
    The department must by certified mail send the written notice of infraction penalties imposed under chapter 43.22 RCW and this chapter to the last known address of the party named in the notice.
