Section 296-150I-0400. What happens if a dispute arises concerning an installation requirement?

(1) If a dispute arises between any person, business, or local enforcement agency concerning an installation requirement of ANSI A225.1 or this chapter, the issue may be submitted to the factory assembled structures advisory (FAS) board.

(2) The board may provide an opinion on the requirement.
