Section 296-150I-0200. How does the department ensure compliance with the requirements of chapter 43.22A RCW?

The department of labor and industries will ensure installers comply with the requirements of RCW 43.22A.130 which requires a certified manufactured/mobile home installer to be present for each phase of the installation being performed by all members of the installation crew by:

(1) Random site inspections; and

(2) Audit of installers certification tag reports.

The certified installer must enter their Washington installer certification number on the installer tag for each element they are supervising.
