Section 296-150F-0540. Who inspects factory-built housing and commercial structures for installation at the building site?

- (1) The local enforcement agency (city or county) must approve the installation.(2) The local enforcement agency may also request a set of design plans and specifications for the unit from you.(3) After the unit is manufactured but before occupancy, we must inspect a factory-built house or commercial structure if it is damaged in transit to the building site or during on-site installation.
