Section 296-133-260. Remedial orders.

- Remedial orders may be issued by the department which shall afford an appropriate remedy or relief consistent with the provisions of the act and the findings and conclusions of the authorized agent, which may include the prominent posting of such remedial orders within the health care activity at such place or places reasonably accessible to all employees for periods of time not to exceed six months.[Order 72-13, § 296-133-260, filed 7/31/72.]
