Section 296-128-230. Definition of apprentice.

- The term "apprentice" shall mean a person at least 16 years of age who is covered by a written agreement registered with the Washington state apprenticeship council providing for not less than 4,000 hours of reasonably continuous employment for such person, and for his participation in an approved schedule of work experience through employment which should be supplemented by 144 hours per year of related technical instruction.[§ 2, Regulation 294.6.002, filed 12/30/60.]
