Section 296-128-070. Issuance of certificate.

If the application and other available information indicate that the requirements of this regulation are satisfied, the director or his authorized representative shall issue a certificate. Otherwise he shall deny a certificate. If issued, copies of the certificate shall be mailed to the employer and the handicapped worker and if denied, the employer and the handicapped worker shall be given written notice of the denial.
