- All employees must enter into a written agreement with the camp administration setting forth the remuneration, room and board, special services provided, and the nature of the work assignment as counselors and leaders. Resident camper parental authorizations and employee agreements are to be kept on file for a three-year period.[Statutory Authority: RCW 49.12.091.
