Section 296-126-208. Premium pay for resident counselor staff occupations.

- At termination of employment, a resident counselor staff member shall be entitled to premium payment of an additional 25 percent of the staff member's weekly rate of pay for each week of employment, unless he or she received 24 hours per week off-duty, 12 hours of which must have been in sequence.
