Section 284-66-320. Reporting of multiple policies.

(1) On or before March 1st of each year, an issuer must report to the commissioner the following information for every individual resident of this state for which the issuer has in force more than one medicare supplement policy or certificate on a form approved by the commissioner, substantially in the form provided in WAC 284-66-323:

(a) Policy and certificate number; and

(b) Date of issuance.

(2) The items set forth above must be grouped by individual policyholder.
