  • Persons reporting claims must report whether the claim is settled:
    (1) Before trial, arbitration or mediation;
    (2) During trial, arbitration or mediation;
    (3) After trial or hearing, but before judgment or award;
    (4) After judgment or decision, but before appeal;
    (5) During an appeal; or
    (6) After an appeal.
