Section 263-12-156. Board review of final order.

The board will consider motions to reconsider and motions to vacate final board orders. The procedure for review of final orders is as defined in CR 59 and CR 60 of the Washington court rules except that hearings on the motion will be held solely at the discretion of the board. After receipt of the motion the board will acknowledge receipt of the motion and direct the time frames for opposing parties to respond to the motion and for the moving party to reply.
